Thought for the Week : ON PRACTICE

And this is true. You may have a wide sea of theoretical knowledge but where there is not practice, the goal of Yoga is lost. If you've chosen to follow the path of a Yogi in modern day life, do that extra bit. Wake up before the sun rises. Take a shower, have a cleansing ginger-lemon-honey tea. Spend half hour in meditation and open your eyes to the rising sun. Even half hour of practice a day is a good start, but it is the discipline that will get you the benefits.
